Cocreative Transactional Analysis (TA) is theinvitation to a change of perspective.
Keith Tudor and Graeme Summers propose a health perspective on Transactional Analysis – as opposed to an emphasis on psychopathology. They argue that co-creative TA is an alternative narrative that offers new and contemporary meanings for former transactional truths. This approach emphasises the present-centred nature of relating in all our encounters and the co-creative nature of transactions, scripts, ego states and psychological games.

How
In the set frame of 4 co-creative TA principles: shared (not equal) responsibility, we-ness, present centeredness, and mutual positive regard, the design of the process and the core content of the workshop emerge in our intersubjective field. Theory discussions will alternate with examples of practical application and the invitation into exercises.
Who
Nicole Lenner (PTSTA-C) has been a member of a group of teaching Transactional Analysts for several years who, in contact with Tudor and Summers, further develop co-creative TA and make it experiential. Now, for the first time, she offers a co-creative TA workshop in German, with translation if need be.
